You'll be seeing a lot of recipes being added. Most of them will be for my low carb diet but that doesn't mean that they won't be good or that others can't enjoy them. Here is one.
Maple Butter Drops
The person who submitted the recipe said she got around 50 drops. She made them small and for carb count it would be approximately 1/4 or 1/3 point.
1 stick of butter softened
2 TBSP hwc (heavy whipping cream)
1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
1 TBSP sweetener (optional)
*Use a hand mixer or stand mixer.
Mix together the butter and hwc. Mix in the syrup. Taste, add sweetener if you want. Either pipe or spoon onto a cookie sheet covered with parchment and freeze. Store in the freezer.
